Some tips to get the longest life out of your garment:

Cold Wash, Air Dry
Machine wash in cold water, on a gentle cycle, and lay flat to dry. This helps protect fabric and the shape of your garments.

Wash Inside Out and with Similar Items
Turn your garment inside out and wash it with other synthetic fabrics. Avoid anything abrasive, such as denim or garments with Velcro® or zippers. The fabric of the bras and leggings, especially, is very delicate. Zippers and Velcro might cause the fabric to snag. 

Never Use Fabric Softeners
Avoid using fabric softener at all costs, because it may ruin the quality and technology of the fabric
